Eric Bordelet "Poiré L’Authentique" (Biodynamic) 2009Everyone is invited to join us at the Beanery Cafe a tasting of Cyders & Bubbles! Cider has been produced in England for hundreds of years. We will sample the complete range of hard apple ciders from Aspall English Draft Cyder established in 1728 in Suffolk, England. These ciders range in styles similar to sparkling wine and Champagne with an earthy apple fruit component. Don't be afraid ... try them, you'll like them!
If you missed out on your sparkling wine to celebrate the New Year, we will also open a few delightful sparklers from Grower Champagne to Sparkling Shiraz and more.
The Beanery Cafe will serve a selection of appetizers. You do not have to be a member of the Northern Lights Wine Club to attend any wine event at the Beanery Cafe. No purchase is required. All wines served in Riedel stemware.
