We serve our wines
by the glass in a generous 250ml decanter flask*. Why? To insure that
you get the full amount of wine that you paid for (250ml = 8.45oz. or
1/3 bottle of wine). Also, you can portion the wine into your glass for
fuller enjoyment. A too full glass of wine restricts aromas and doesn’t
allow your glass to perform to its best, to deliver wine to all your
senses of texture, aroma and taste. Wine by the 1/2 bottle is served in
a 375ml Riedel Mini Decanter.
